Designing healthcare systems
... that work in the real world
I design healthcare services and systems that improve access, reduce operational friction, and make care delivery more reliable at scale.
My work focuses on untangling complex clinical and operational workflows—translating them into structured, human-centered experiences that work in real-world environments.
How I Think
01
See the System
Look beyond individual touchpoints to understand how workflows, roles, and constraints shape the overall experience.
02
Find Breakdowns
Identify where communication, coordination, or operational gaps create friction for both patients and teams.
03
Align Process
Bring clarity across stakeholders, workflows, and service moments so solutions reflect how care is actually delivered.
04
Design for Reality
Create systems and experiences that are practical, scalable, and reliable in real-world settings.
Why this work matters to me
After supporting a close friend through complex medical care—including hospitalizations, outpatient treatment, and hospice, I saw firsthand how fragmented and difficult healthcare systems can be for patients and families. It wasn’t just gaps in technology—it was breakdowns across the entire experience: communication, coordination, and access. That perspective continues to shape how I approach my work today. I focus on making complex systems more structured, aligned, and easier to navigate—not just in theory, but in practice.
I focus on creating structured, intuitive workflows that minimize administrative friction and maximize the time spent on actual healing.
